If you’re not happy with your purchase, our flexible return policy makes it easy to exchange or return eligible items.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
  • All tags, labels, and protective coverings must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or special-order items (including made-to-order countertops and ceramic tiles)
  • Cleaning and maintenance products that have been opened
  • Electrical items (indoor/outdoor lighting, ceiling fans, heating equipment) that show signs of installation attempts
  • Fireplaces, stoves, and chimney components that have been installed
  • Any product missing its serial number or with tampered warranty seals

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request
  2. Complete the Return/Exchange Request Form (template provided below)
  3. Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  4. Package your item securely in its original packaging with all accessories
  5. Ship your return using the prepaid return label we provide (for US customers) or follow international return instructions

Return Shipping Information

For US Customers: We provide a prepaid return shipping label for defective or incorrect items. For other returns, a $12.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund (same as our standard shipping rate).

For International Customers: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Payment Methods:
    • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
    • PayPal: Typically processed within 24 hours
  • Original Shipping Costs: These are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size, color, or style changes):

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your request what you’d like to exchange for
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original
  4. You’ll only be charged if the new item costs more than the original

Note: For faster service, you may place a new order for the desired item while processing your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your bathroom decor, outdoor furniture, or other item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage and packaging
  • We’ll arrange for a free return and expedited replacement
